The Van Lee is one of the tallest buildings in Ormond with direct and easy access to the beach and the very best sightlines for experiencing the beauty, life, and movement of the Atlantic ocean. Local shops, grocery stores, farmer and flea markets, boutiques, coffee shops, art galleries, and restaurants are within walking distance with many more adventures and opportunities just beyond walking distance, including Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and Daytona 500.

I believe this visit was our 4th stay in Peter’s condo. It’s a great place — many amenities and Peter also seems to provide extra touches that sets it apart from other offerings beyond the basics: Qi chargers throughout, trash bags, coffee sweetener and sugar, and pump soap in the bathrooms are several examples. A great beach getaway!
Our unit was immaculate and beautiful and well appointed with all of the necessities. The building is old and had some issues with the elevator, but we made do. I love the close proximity of the beach to the pool and the building. It’s very accommodating for those with small children or elderly family members.

Spectacular Condo with Amazing Views!!
I was visiting friends in Ormond Beach and this condo was right down the street from them. I needed a place where I could work from and this perfect condo fit the bill. It was such a pleasure working with Peter, he made the entire visit seamless. The condo itself is gorgeous and very comfortable. It was super clean, has everything you could possibly need. Peter’s condo is a great stay! It’s exactly as pictured and one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed which made it very comfortable.
