The spacious split floor plan is ideal for accommodating up to three families, with a first-floor master and living area designed to comfortably sleep six people. This level also boasts a private entrance, an ocean-view porch with swinging chairs, and a cozy kitchenette fitted with modern amenities, including a toaster oven, coffee machine, microwave, and mini-fridge. For ultimate relaxation, the luxurious primary tub with jets and comfortable seating provides a rejuvenating experience after a day in the sun.

Each primary bedroom is equipped with luxury 50-inch plasma screen smart TVs, allowing guests to enjoy their favorite shows in comfort. The second and third-floor primary suites offer extensive walk-in showers and double sinks, while the top-floor suite includes a private toilet and luxury bidet for added convenience. Pet-Friendly:
This vacation rental is pet-friendly, with a nominal $100 fee per pet per stay. Please inform us if you plan to bring your furry family members along for the adventure.

As an important note, the hot tub is not in working condition and is not advertised for use.

Guest Access:
Check-in time anytime after 3:00 pm 

The elevator is available for guest use; please ensure that metal doors are closed on all levels to call or operate the elevator. Please do not allow your children to ride in the elevator!

Check-out time by 10:00 am.

Before departing, Please do the following:

- Remove bedding and towels and leave in the laundry room 
- Load & start dishwasher
- Take the trash out to the garage.
- Please check for leftover items, and don't forget your electronics and chargers!
- Please leave an elevator downstairs.
-Turn all the lights on and close the door.

Getting Around:
We suggest that you bring your own car. Uber is available if needed.

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.

A local property manager is always available by phone, text, or in person.
