******Hurricane Ian and Nicole Update******
The condo was not damaged; however, the pool and hot tub are closed due to damage to the seawall and pool deck hardscape. The new seawall is planned to be completed by the end of April. The hardscape will be complete shortly after which will allow the pool and hot tub to open!

Great vacation for our family!
This condo had all we wanted for our spring break vacation: lots of beach toys/chairs/umbrella, beach access was right next to the condo entrance (pool was unfortunately still closed due to hurricane reconstruction), multiple stores within walking distance, putt-putt across the street, you name it! The condo itself was exactly as pictured, very spacious and plenty of room for our group of 7 people. There was a reserved parking space in the garage and a few street-level parking spots available. I only wish that the pool construction had been completed, but that is obviously not the condo owners' fault. Communication with the owners leading up to our stay was timely. I would absolutely stay here again, thanks for a great vacation!

Great views and very accommodating
From the very beginning our host was so attentive, we had travel issues and he was so gracious to us upon our arrival. Check in was easy and everything we needed was available. Close to shops and of course steps to the beach. With the age range of our family it was perfect for us. I want to thank our host times a million and I’d love to stay again if we’re back in the area in the future.

Perfect get away
It has everything one needs, and more, even those things one forgets like salt, pepper, spices, beach chairs etc. Very enjoyable and clean, beautiful views, hence a 5 star rating! The only downside was the pool and the hot tub are still under construction because of the recent hurricane damage - but this was minor. (Just a heads up for imminent guests)

Thanksgiving Trip
We had the pleasure of staying at Opus Condos. The condo is absolutely beautiful. HUGE rooms and lots of space. The property is undergoing construction due to hurricane in 2022 so it would be harder to enjoy pooltime in summer until construction completed. The only issue we had was with parking. The property has very limited parking with no options for overflow. We managed to find parking each night but some people werent so lucky.

Fantastic experience
Jared was fantastic and easy to work with. This condo has it all. It included all the beach equipment needed for a great day at the beach and then some. The beach chairs even had backpack straps, which made for easy transport. The condo is across the street from a Dollar General and minature golf. We will be back! Do not hesitate on this condo. It was clean, well suplied and in a great location. Once again cannot say enough how great Jared was.😊

We stayed four nights and found everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We asked if a card table could be provided as we are bridge players and sure enough it was there when we arrived. We plan on staying there next year. Super place to stay.

Definitely a do over!
Great location and the condo is very clean, cozy, quiet, and relaxing. Friendly building staff. We had a great getaway while in town for our son’s commissioning. Took a number of the owner’s suggestions for food and they were all great! Had one small issue with the ice maker and the owner was very responsive. Pool area is also a plus with hot tub. It was clean, very comfy and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Great for a family. Ramp down to the beach was great. Just be warned...if you have to park in the lot good luck. This condo came with a spot in the garage, but if you took 2 cars you will be in trouble.
