Modern and contemporary in its design, this accommodation is perfect for families or groups of friends. Sleeping five in three bedrooms, there is plenty of living space to accommodate everyone - there's even a sofabed in the living room that provides additional sleeping for two if required. This property has its own driveway as well as free unrestricted parking on the street. Enjoy the warmth of the sun from the large conservatory or the sizable courtyard. Being pet friendly, you can even bring your furry friend on holiday.
There is the most wonderfully large kitchen packed full of home-from-home appliances including a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffeemaker, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Enjoy your breakfast or dinner at the large wooden kitchen table seating seven. The living room is comfortably furnished with a three seater sofa, two seater sofa, armchair and matching footstool in the most beautiful bright teal colour - a splash of yellow on the walls and contrasting mustard and grey curtains create a lovely light room enhanced by the glass conservatory. The conservatory has a rattan furniture set including a two seater and two single chairs. After a fun-filled day exploring the East Kent coast you can return home to relax in front of the flat screen tv and blue ray DVD player or retreat with an apertif to the courtyard with its attractive wooden garden furniture. Under the stairs is a downstairs toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms - a master king double with ensuite; a twin bedroom and a single. There is also a modern family bathroom with shower over the bath. The master bedroom is at the front of the house and even has a mounted flatscreen tv. The twin and single rooms are at the back of the property overlooking the courtyard and have skylights.
King Street is not far from The Strand, where you can enjoy fresh coffee and pastries at Hope and Lane or a delicious seafood meal at Whits - one of Deal's latest restaurant openings - and there are a couple of pubs too to grab a pint of ale. It is really easy to access the pedestrian/cycle path between Deal and Kingsdown where you can enjoy a picturesque walk past both Deal Castle and Walmer Castle and Gardens or down to the beach at Kingsdown where you can enjoy a good lunch at The Zetland on the beach.
Deal recently featured in the Times 30 best places by the sea and also won the accolade of the Telegraph High Street of the Year. Deal is a great base for exploring the East Kent coastline including the blue flag sandy beaches of Broadstairs and Margate. Inland, there is the UNESCO World Heritage site of Canterbury and the medieval cinque port town of Sandwich. With castles, museums, wildlife parks and gardens galore there is something for everyone. Some great eateries have opened recently including hip French bistro The Frog and Scot as well as Poppy's kitchen with its seasonal, organic freshly cooked food for breakfast and lunch.
