In 900 building which must be in the low rent district. Dirty laundry piled up outside door and fully visible. Very large roll off container outside entrance to building full of garbage that you had to walk past to access parking. By the time we access our room (which was fine) we were completely turned off. Would have been easy to solve by having someone pick up the laundry and moving the garbage container to another part of the lot.

Death Valley Ranch Hotel
Posted 3 Oct. 2024 on HotelsVery good stay, 1 night only after visiting Death Valley POI’s. Plenty of parking. Room was clean and comfortable with fridge & coffee facility& ice machine at end of block, however corridor to room was messy had not been hoovered with lots of debris on the carpet. Pool was good and refreshing in the DV heat. Restaurant was very in keeping with the DV theme, food & service was very good. Gift shop & food store catered for all our needs. Highly recommended especially for location to POI’s.

Mom/Daughter trip.

I just want to say that our stay was amazing from check in to check out. The check in was very professional, the room was great, the beds were comfortable, our dinner at The Saloon was very good and our waiter was very polite and on spot. The grounds were well kept and the pool fed with spring water was very refreshing. I would recommend this resort to anyone wanting a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The Ranch's location is great for sight seeing. The facility is also great. It has a pool, restaurants and a pricey general store. Two out of the three restaurants at the site are great. The buffet is expensive and the food is not great. Wouldnt recomment it. I would recommend packing a lot of food since food in the area is expensive. Other than that enjoy the valley.

Don’t expect a good meal

We enjoyed eating at the golf course tavern. The Saloon on property has a very limited menu and aervice was questionable. I asked if they could make me a plain green salad and they said they'd hold the dressing and i could pick off the things i didn’t want. Im still not doing buffets since covid so the tavern at the golf course had the best options for us.
