Considering the price and compared to other embassy Hilton hotels the condition was a little disappointing. Cheap toilet paper a lot of things sloppily done. For example cracks in for framing. Messy caulking. There was hair and pieces of fake eyelashes on the bathroom/shower floor. So, no one cleaned the floor or shower. The rest of the room was clean though. We were there for a wedding and there was another, very large group including what seemed like 30 kids. The kids were running around the 8th floor, knocking on doors then running away and making noise until 2am. Tracking water from the pool all over the lobby floors and elevators, luckily no one got hurt considering the large number of women walking around in heels. I know the kids were not the fault of the hotel but it is for the hotel to deal with guests that are causing disruption. I know multiple complaints were made and the kids were still running around the halls at 2am. I guess the worst part was that so many people were disrupted by the kids running the halls after paying close to $200 for their room.

Room was filthy with old soap bars left in the shower. Black dirt on shower floor and old crusty toothpaste on the bathroom sink handle. Im honestly concerned that the sheets were not even change from the last guest with how the rest of the room was looking. Seems like the cleaning staff did the bare minimum with cleaning the room. Beautiful building and surroundings areas but the room was the downfall of my stay by far.

I love staying at the Embassy Suites. The room I stayed in was quite large. I counted at least 6 chairs to sit in. Great drinks as well as breakfast which made our stay quite even better (especially since it was included with the price).

Unfortunately I am very upset by my experience here. I felt unsafe in the parking lot upon arrival because there were many people loitering. I worried my car might be broken into. My room was sadly dirty; the outlets, light switches, and wall had sticky gunk on them. There was a piece of hard candy stuck on the bed headboard. There was soap scum on the bathroom floor. When I went down to dinner there was one waitress trying her best to serve the entire restaurant and ordering one dish took upwards of two hours. I hate to complain but I honestly expected far better from a hotel that cost almost $200 a night after fees.

this property was great for my stay. the hotel staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful when i needed questions answered. Also, the breakfast was top notch i give this hotel a 4 out of 5 star rating.
