On our way home from the Alsace region, we chose to stay in Lile. I specifically searched for a hotel with a pool, as we had a pool all holiday and it was my wife's birthday, so i wanted something special. When we went to go to the pool it was tiny, full with 3 kids on inflatables and looked dirty and unwelcoming. We went back to our room and did not use the pool. It was a very average room and for the money was not premium in any way. It was like a normal chain hotel room, but we paid premium price

Enjoyable stay
This is a good location for getting out and about. Just a sort distance off the A1. Couldnā€™t fault the staff, all were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good with a couple of hot elements. We didnā€™t use the restaurant in the evening as we eat out as attending the rugby World Cup as it was a very short distance to the stadium. I would consider staying here again

Worst Novotel hotel in France. I have picked your place as usually the service level remains very high. Wellā€¦, not this time. You guys definitely can do better. One bright point, the bartender in lobby bar trying hard to save the situation caused by his colleague from the front desk.

Great Hotel
Very happy to chosen this hotel it clean, friendly staff and spacious room. The only thing disappointment is that the curtain is not black out curtain. It reasonable price with free parking which is the most important factor for us. The location is great just off the A1 road and it the center place to go to visit Lille.
