Customer Service was fantastic. The lobby was nice. And location is ok. Love that its right off I-95. Didn't like the neighborhood its located in. The room was spacious. But needs quite a bit of updating. Their were stains on the walls. A little sprucing up can go a long way.

very good hotel
very good hotel-staff was pleasant and efficient. room was comfortable-bed very good.bath was nice and had walkin shower as requested. only complaint wasthat the neighborhood was rough-not comfortable outside. not a walking area.would recommend this hotel as a good bargain.

Customer service was excellent. Specially in the breakfast area. Louise and Jayne went above and beyond to make sure all guests where happy. Only issues were pillows were way to soft and the ac was noisy but overall it was great stay.I would highly recommend.
