No water pressure.
Easy check. The breakfast is just ok. The biggest downfall is the pressure of the water in the shower. I asked the front desk and they said they completed some renovations and were waiting on some parts. The renovated the lobby and rooms. Nice decor.

**Hyatt Place Delray Beach Review** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Place in Delray Beach, Florida, and I must say, my overall experience was excellent! The check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient, allowing me to settle in quickly and start enjoying my stay. One thing to note is the parking situation. While the hotel charges $24 for parking, I found a convenient free parking option just across the street, which worked out perfectly for me. It’s always nice to have alternatives! The room itself was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. I appreciated the thoughtful layout and modern amenities that made my stay enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to find that the pool wasn’t operational during my visit. While I’m not sure of the reason, the hotel did offer other options for relaxation. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay! The selection was impressive, and everything I tried was delicious. It was a great way to start my day before heading out to explore the beautiful Delray Beach area. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Hyatt Place. The combination of a great location, clean accommodations, and a tasty breakfast made for a memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Delray Beach!

Amazing location. A million of high-quality restaurants (and shopping I think!). The hotel is modern and clean. The staff - from the very check-in throughout the whole experience - so friendly and attentive. Although parking garage is behind the hotel, it's a pretty easy walk through. Loved it and definitely would stay here again!

I’ve been staying at this hotel off and on for 10 years and because of that felt very comfortable making a reservation for my family to stay there for the week of Thanksgiving. Midway through their stay their A/C went out (while the temperatures were in the high 80s) and no one resolved the issue. There were 5 people staying in the room the lack of air was stifling. They as well as myself reported the issue everyday, several times a day and were told someone would be up to fix it only to find it hadn’t been fixed. Keon (sp?) was the only one to help late Thanksgiving evening by having fans brought up. They barely moved the air, but of all the calls and complaints, he was the only one to take action. I called the day after Thanksgiving to speak with the manager and was given the runaround. I was told they’d be in at 8:30, after 9 and then told the manager wasn’t coming in that day. Either the manager didn’t want to talk with me or the hotel was left to be unsupervised for the day. Neither is a great look for Hyatt. I plan on sending Hyatt a more detailed account of what happened. Really disappointing. It’s been our place in Delray Beach for over a decade even with all of the lodging competition that surrounds it. We’ll have to consider an alternative next year.
