This charming ground floor apartment is located within an exclusive luxury frontline beach development, known as Urbanización Playa Grande. Designed especially for family trips, it can accommodate up to 6 people.

The apartment has a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a gallery. There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in the spacious living-dining room. The living room has direct access to the terrace and the communal areas.

It has three bedrooms. The first with a spacious double bed, the second with two single beds (one of which is a trundle bed) and the third with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower.

The 24 m2 covered terrace, fully furnished and overlooking the garden and the sea, provides a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The urbanisation offers direct key access to the beach, as well as extensive garden areas. Three swimming pools, including one for children and one with a slide, a private beach bar, a children’s playground and year-round concierge services.
