Summary:
This villa is situated in a quiet location with views of the sea and the mountain of Denia. The total living space is distributed over 1 large living-dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and an open-plan kitchen. The house has 2 air conditioning units (one in the upper master bedroom and the second in the living room), the two other bedrooms downstairs each have a fan.
The garden is beautifully landscaped and has a sun terrace and green areas.

The Space:
Solid construction, tiled floors, PVC insulated glass windows, oil central heating, 2 air conditioners. There is air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom upstairs, but unfortunately none in the two downstairs bedrooms, these have only 2 fans. There is an open plan fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, ironing board, iron, fitted wardrobes, two shower rooms, sun terrace, private pool with outdoor shower, lawns, SAT TV, WIFI internet, 2 carport, BBQ...
Bed size: 1 bed is 1,50m x 1,90m and the other bed has 2 mattresses with 0,90m x 2,00m,
and 2 single beds 0,90m x 1,90m.

Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around. On the day of departure, we will return to check the condition of the house and charge the electricity

The Neighborhood:
Very nice quiet location on the mountain Montgo. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountain of Denia. The distance to the center and the sea is about 15 minutes by car.

Other Things to Note:
Electricity is charged according to actual consumption at 0.30 €/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid. Bed linen and towels are not provided. The use of the internet is free of charge. The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival.
Television is available in 4 languages: Spanish, English, German and French.

Optional services:

Ruhiger und erholsamer Aufenthalt
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Vom Haus aus haben wir daher (mit dem Leihwagen) viele, schöne Orte besuchen können.

Villa à la hauteur de nos attentes. À proximité du Consum et du Lidl 10 min en voiture, 15 min du centre de Dénia. Vraiment nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Huset er som vist i annonsen. Små soverom og litt harde madrasser. Kunne trenge AC i alle soverom, men vi klarte oss med vifter også. Bassenget hadde litt uklart vann de første dagene, men det ble fikset av personalet. Utsjekk gikk greit. Strøm for to uker: EURO 100. Da gikk AC praktisk talt kontinuerlig. Vi koste oss i dette huset!

Excelente estancia
Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en familia. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y respirar el aire de la naturaleza. Lo mejor de la casa es sin duda la parte exterior. El interior está bien, aunque hay algunas cositas que se podrían mejorar porque la casa es antigua. En cualquier caso, eso no ha sido un impedimento para disfrutar. La limpieza y el orden de 10 y la recepción al llegar también.

Ein schöner Urlaub
Die Anmietung und Abwicklung der Vermietung lief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Das Haus bewohnten wir mit drei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden. Das Haus ist aus Dénia über verzweigte, teils enge und baufällige Straßen aber dennoch gut zu erreichen. Fußläufig lässt sich die Umgebung nicht gut sicher erkunden. In der Nachbarschaft war es offenbar üblich, freitags bis spät in die Nacht lautstark Fiestas zu feiern. Teilweise auch häufiges Hundegebell. Ansonsten war es aber sehr ruhig. Das Haus wurde ins sehr sauber übergeben. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, wenn auch stellenweise in die Jahre gekommen (z.B. Esszimmerstühle). Gute Internetversorgung über WIFI. Die Brüstung der Dachterrasse wirkt baufällig und im Terassen- und Poolbereich finden sich scharfe Bruchkanten. In den Bädern vereinzelt fehlende oder lose Fliesen. Die Absicherung der elektrischen Hausinstallation für Kinder könnte besser sein. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

Perfecto
Han sido unas vacaciones perfectas. La casa está muy bien y la piscina privada te da mucho juego. Esta un poco alejado de todo pero ubicada en un sitio muy tranquilo. Puedes hacer vida en el jardín con mesa a la sombra y barbacoa al lado. Para las mascotas el jardín también perfecto. Sin duda repetiremos el año que viene.

Vacaciones familiares muy satisfechos
Esta fenomenal una zona muy tranquila. La casa muy bien, el único problema el frigorífico muy pequeño para 6 adultos. Por lo demás la piscina muy bien, barbacoa muy bien todo fenomenal. Nos ha gustado mucho. Todo bien repartido.

La casa perfecta para descansar y tener independencia, piscina estupenda, algo calurosa en un par de habitaciones, hace falta arreglar el paellero barbacoa y cambiar muebles del comedor, algo vintage, por lo demás ideal, a tres minutos del centro, el Montgo detras, cerca de Les Rotes
