A Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay
We stayed at this beautiful property in Denison, Texas, for Thanksgiving while visiting our oldest daughter, her husband, and our two grandbabies, along with celebrating our oldest sonā€™s birthday. The house was perfect for our family! We truly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, the spacious property, and the wonderful amenities. The burn pit was a favorite for gathering and relaxing, and the games provided were a fantastic addition, keeping everyone entertained. It was the ideal setting for creating family memories during the holiday. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property! If itā€™s available, we would definitely love to stay again during future visits to see our daughter.

Family time in Bells Texas
Had a nice time seeing family in Bells, Texas. Stayed here for the second time. Great little place to get away and not be bothered. Easy drive to Bells, Bonham, Denison Love it

Adorable Cabin
We stayed here for a weekend for a family get together nearby. It was so cute inside. Beds were comfy and everything was super clean! Tons of games and activities for families to do/use and all the household supplies you could need! It could use some signage not to open the side door but we loved it over all and plan to stay again next year for our family gathering!

Perfect getaway spot
The cabin in the woods is truley that! It is secluded and you cant see the highway. This place was perfect for our little family getaway. The only issue we had is the AC does not cool very well. But this time of year it is very hot outside. There is a TV in the livingroom and you can use your hotspot to connect. We did not have terrible cell service. Super cute cabin.

It was my fault for assuming that there would be tv service because I saw a picture of a tv. You could only mirror your phone to the tv but, there was no remote for the tv and the internet service was so enormously spotty that I couldn't even use my phone for most anything. Any communication with the owner took forever unless I went to town for better reception. The entrance leans when you walk in and the whole place looks like it needs some upgrading. Overall, it was alright if you want complete and total silence and peace.

The host was very respectful and very good at communicating and seemed to be very friendly, the only issue that I had was the AC. It worked well during the night time, but during the day the home temperature would get up to 80Ā° even with it on. But other then that, I enjoyed the stay and had a good time.

What a beautiful property! We took a stroll around the grounds and enoyed the beautiful scenery, bird song, and peaceful atmosphere. We were looking for a peaceful getaway and that's what we got! Great communication and hospitality.

Everything was great! Took my kids to the cabin to get away for a week and we had a great time. Our only complaint was the lack of tv or internet ā€” which was a surprise. To be fair, the listing does not include tv or internet among its listed amenities, but we just assumed those things were so standard/automatic that we never thought twice about the fact that they werenā€™t listed! And to top it off, the cell service is pretty spotty out there ā€” so we (especially my kids) were really ā€œroughing itā€ for the week! Once we adjusted, though, we still had a great time.

My family and I rented the Cabin for a Christmas getaway and we were SO impressed and had the BEST time!! Highly recommend! The property manager was so sweet and even put a Christmas tree up for us! Will definitely book another stay!!

Bells Texas visit
Outdoor space is great, really beautiful. Nice refrigerator and kitchen space. Comfortable master bed. The other room with bunk beds not used but really only made for children. No door on master bath but the other hallway bath is good to go. No TV which is actually ok with me, reading and outdoor family time was much needed without electronic distractions. We will be back for sure.

Cute cabin, good for families doing trip to lake
The cabin was great. Just a few things to know. Warning; no internet and weak signal from the cellular carriers. And, it's really hot in Texas right now, 100+ F in July and August. The air conditioning had trouble keeping the temperature in the house down. Other times of year, I'm sure it's fine. Lastly, Denison closes down EARLY on Sunday. We had trouble finding dinner at 7:00 PM.

A Great Place to Disconnect
My family needed this. A quiet cabin surrounded by nature. No distractions, just time together. When we felt extra adventurous the Wildlife Refuge and Eisenhower State Park were beautiful and entertaining for the whole family. Our boys loved the campfire, the hiking trails, and THE TRIPLE BUNK! Thanks for a wonderful weekend away!
