The only good thing about the hotel is that it's close to the bus station. The chap on reception was sitting there without a mask and he was really unfriendly. I asked if someone could help with my suitcase (in sign language because no one spoke English) he wasn't happy, lord the look he gave me, but he carried my bag up. I'm not young and I need a little help sometimes. My room was okay, I had a balcony and a view of the square. My fan didn't work but a nice lady brought me another one. I'll post a picture of my mountain view lol. I couldn't close my bathroom door because a window wouldn't close properly and was blocking it. Breakfast was supposed to be from 8am, I went downstairs at 8.15 a few of us were sitting around, at 8.30 we got a glass of tea, 20 minutes later I went back to my room, who knows if breakfast ever appeared.

Language barrier, very difficult to communicate with staff. They dont know english. No fan no AC or air conditioning in the room. Only one shower in the hotel abd in very bad condition.

Gostei do local. Está bem situado. E o atendimento/simpatia foi bom. No entanto, o quarto parecia demasiado optimizado. Tinha 3 camas, não sobrando área livre. Fazendo com que o espaço estivesse completamente preenchido.

シャワーがまともに使えない
居間は古いながらも清潔だが、水回りがギャグかと思うレベルで酷かった。風呂場は何故か洗面台もトイレも常時少しの水が垂れ流し（居間に水音が響いてうるさい）で、洗面台の排水管から水漏れして床が常に濡れた状態。おまけにその床からの排水も悪く、シャワーを使うとたちまち風呂場が池になり、居間に水が溢れかけた。シャワーもぬるい上、シャワーヘッドが破損しており、蛇口を捻って上下左右に水が四散した時はさすがに笑ってしまった。 シャワーを浴びるつもりがないなら滞在しても良かったが、夜行バス明けでそうはいかなかったので早々にチェックアウトして滞在場所を変更する羽目になった。

生命受威脅，凌晨拍門趕人走(於expedia 反映意見後)。 我在expedia App 反映這間酒店: 1. 可達度很高，來回火車站及巴士站只需要五分鐘路程 2. 冬天沒有熱水淋浴 3. 床單可以更潔淨 在Expedia App反映意見後，凌晨1時他拍門，呼叫我的姓名，呼喝爭執，然後趕我走。 服務性行業不接受客戶意見？也不該趕人走。為什麼他知道我的姓名？也知道我的留言？ Expedia, BEX允許嗎？ 我感覺生命受到威脅， 我不敢和他爭論，我跟從他的指示被趕走。當時凌晨一時，氣溫5度。

駅→オトガル→宿という好立地。それなのにとても静かに滞在できる。
お部屋の中からレビューを投稿します！ チェックアウトが１２時までなので、今日はゆっくりしています。 昨日の朝のバスで到着して、８時半ごろ宿に来たら 「掃除するからちょっと待って。」と翻訳を見せてくれた。 １０分も待たずに部屋に入ることができたので感謝します！！ 朝食は７時半から９時半。 パンがおいしい！トマトときゅうりとオリーブとチーズがあるので、 サンドイッチにして食べるのが一番おいしい。 時間を過ぎるときゅうちゃきも撤去なので、お湯が必要な方は この時間にいただくのがベストです。 通りに面したお部屋で、バルコニー付き。 オトガルも山も街の風景もよく見える。 いかにも「盆地！」という地形で、北側も南側も山の景色が美しい。 お部屋は簡素。 虫が気になる人は泊まらない方が良い。 WIFIはアンテナ３～４。 お湯が出るのに少し時間はかかるが、非常に熱いお湯が出る。 湯量もばっちり。 夜帰ってきたら、廊下の電気がついていなくて、 真っ暗だったからドアを開けるのに苦労した。 電気のスイッチがわかりにくかったし、すぐに消えた。 エレベーターが故障中で使えない。 大理石の階段を上ろう。 宿の人はおとなしく、女性は素敵な笑顔で迎えてくれる。 英語はほぼ通じないが、必要なことはスマホの翻訳機能で文字にしてくれる。 トルコ人の利用が多く外国人は、ほぼいない。 １本東の通りにスーパーマーケットあり。 オトガルの反対側に、安くて利用者の多いロカンタがある。 オトガルに着いたら出口が２か所あるので、 左側に行くとエスカレーターがあるので荷物が多い人も楽々。 エスカレーターのある出口を右へ、すぐの角を左へ行くと、 妙にファンシーな飾りのあるペンションがあるので 迷うことはないと思う。 入口の前に机といすが並べてあるので休憩に良い。 パムッカレ当たりの宿泊の方が良かったかな？とも思ったけれど、 １　とにかくオトガルに近い。 ２　パムッカレ方面のミニバスもオトガルから出ているので便利。 ３　パムッカレ村とデニズリの街を両方楽しめる。 ４　部屋があれば朝でもチェックインできて融通が利く。 ５　チェックアウトが１２時でゆっくりできる。 といいことづくめだった。 特に１泊しなくても、パムッカレ見学はできるが、 連日の夜行バス移動に疲れたら、オトガルに近いこの宿で 身体を休めるのがおすすめ。 バスで３０分もあれば、温泉にも行けるのでわりと便利です。 パムッカレみたいに観光客向けの店が少ないので、 普通のトルコを味わえます！！ 建物が古いのが気になるし、エレベーターも動いていないけれど、 マスコットのおいぬ様が非常に愛らしいので、 おいぬ様のつぶらな瞳のせいで「ここで良かったな・評価を上げてしまうな」 と思える宿でした（笑） 小さい虫が気にならない方・旅慣れた方におすすめ☆
