Waited an hour and a half to be able to get into a room. (Got there at 3:30, check in is at 3, room wasnā€™t ready until 4:45) they told us it was being cleaned, and staff was rude when we asked for an update because we had already been waiting an hour. When we finally got into the room the floors were sticky and dirty, the trash hadnā€™t been taken out, the Tv did not work and the dresser was broken. We saw a handful of roaches during our stay as well.

Walked in the front door and the entire lobby smelt like marijuana. There were several homeless ppl outside. Did not get to stay in room because after reserving and showing up, told they had no rooms because they did not clean the room. If you like staying in a place that may not feel safe then stay otherwise get a tenet and stay outside.

Not family friendly.
Our stay was almost a bust, but that wasn't entirely the hotels fault. When we first arrived, we were greeted by a handful of people roaming around the front door to the check-in counter. A few of them spooked my daughter. The girl at the front counter in the evening when we arrived was a helpful as she could be. That was probably the best part of the stay. Our first steps into the room were really loud. The floor looked "clean", yet our shoes stuck to it every time we took a step. I checked the bed to see if there were any bed bugs, but I didn't see any signs. However, the mattress casing was dirty. I'm not sure what was on it, but we flipped the mattress, and the other side looked a bit nicer. We finished making the bed again, and as exhausted as we were, we almost kept onto the bed to be immediately hauled but the extra firm mattress. That thing was a brick with feather's on it. The refrigerator was clean, and the bathroom was clean. Those two things were nice. The last thing and this may be a deal breaker for some. There were dead crickets in the room. When we woke up, there were live crickets on our things. Least to say, you get what you pay for.

Upon arriving I was told they overbooked rooms and did not have a reservation for me. My card was charged and I have been trying to get a refund via expedia. I will never use expedia again nor will I ever recommend expedia.
