Had to change rooms twice, as the first two didn't have hot water and in one of those, the phone didn't work. Rooms were clean but hallways and elevator were dirty. Key cards to get into building didn't work well and had to be changed on second day. Only one roll of toilet paper in room. Lighting in room not great and kept room pretty dark at night.

Check in was good. We saw how close the property was to I70 and asked for a room away from the heavy traffic. The desk clerk happily helped us. The room unfortunately had a badly stained carpet, torn lampshade, stained window coverings, inoperable coffee machine, and a stale smell. The exterior of the property is well kept. The room we occupied definitely needed attention. I am giving a 2 star rating due to the helpful desk clerk. Otherwise I would rate it 1 star.

Great place to stay to enjoy exploring Denver and the surrounding areas! Pretty close to everything! If you want an economical place to stay this is it. Nothing fancy, but comfortable for lodging if you plan to spend most of your time out and about!

I am giving 3 stars because the staff was quite friendly (I give them 5 stars) and also the bed is quite comfy. The main problem is the noise. You will hear cars from outside - which is not that surprising considering the location of the hotel - but what bothered me the most is to hear the neighbors. If you are lucky and they are respectful and quiet, you won't have a problem, but if your neighbors aren't respectful and quiet, you'll hear them, so it's a hit or miss. I unfortunately wasn't very lucky, since there was a party going on next door. Again, it depends what you are looking for. If it's just for one night to catch your flight, I guess it's fine, but I wouldn't spend more than one night here.
