Staff here were well above average and very friendly and accommodating. Room was reasonably clean with no active cimex lecturaris activity noted. However, there was a single cimex exoskeleton discovered between the floor board and wall. It was old and did not appear to represent a living sustainable populace. Overall not a bad place to stay.

I spent five days upon arriving to Colorado left for a trip to the high country on Friday upon returning to Denver I quickly decided to book my last few days at this location. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. Will certainly consider staying there again if the opportunity presents itself. The indoor swimming pool was an added benefit but the whirlpool bath in my room was the absolute icing on the cake my seven days in total were one of the best experiences Iā€™ve experienced in my years of traveling. The room was amazing and the bed more comfortable then most, however, the breakfast was not worthy. They served eggs and waffles and cold cereal. Half of my experience is breakfast before i leave.

The air conditioner was loud, the bathroom light was loud, it was a noisiest room I think I have ever stayed in. The bed was sinking and very uncomfortable. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the fitness center which was 100% misleading. Very disappointed.
