High class hotel. Enjoyed the whole set up and independence. Nice amenities and the hot tubs were very nice. Only thing i didnt enjoy was the not so private bathrooms, unsealed sliding doors i dont think make the best bathroom doors.

Catbird stay for 4 nights
The self check in and out was not user friendly, ended up having to speak with an employee each time. The communication was terrible. The deposit required when checking in never got settled until the day we checked out, after giving them our cards multiple times. Very frustrating. Glassware, tea kettle and sponge in kitchen area were very dirty and gross! The rooftop bar they advertised was closed which was so disappointing. Also, we had asked for toilet paper multiple times and ended up having to go down to the lobby for it. Very unhappy with the service.

We loved this funky modern vibe in the RiNo district. The rooftop patio and hot tubs were a great way to unwind in the evening. And hot breakfast and a Latte made our morning start off great. The room was great and very modern including the elevated king size bed. The projector TV on the window screen was a super idea and we loved it that night after the hot tub. Do think a tiny bit of maintenance is needed to ensure all elevators, in-room electronics and automations are working as designed but other than that it was a great stay.

Very expensive and showing its age. Included breakfast is one pre-packaged sandwich; everything else is ala carte and fully priced. Resort fee is an insult. Only one elevator operating. Housekeeping only every 7 days. Furniture showing wear. This was our go-to place in this neighborhood, but we won't be back.

This is a quirky and fun hotel. The rooms are set up almost like a “tiny home” with the storage and kitchenette setup. Worth noting that the facility fee includes free “grab and go” breakfast items, Vespa scooters, and electric bikes. There are only couple vespas and bikes, but they seemed to be available most of the time we were there. The rooftop hot tub area is nice, but the rooftop bar is not actually open. The rooftop area is useable, you just can’t buy food/drinks there.
