The Space:
Zuni Lofts is a curated guest experience, blending cool contemporary loft-style stays with local lifestyle, for the down-to-earth modern traveler.
All of our lofts come equipped with the amenities necessary for a happy, healthy, and productive lifestyle, such as: designer-grade kitchens and spacious, impeccably designed, and decorated living spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows (hellloooo views) and excellent natural light (big golden hour vibes).
Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk, or bike (self-service kiosks nearby) to literally anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmerās Market each Sunday to the cityās best restaurants and delicious coffee shops, you will love being able to pop in and out of the hotel on the fly to explore the local vibe.
This 3 bd, 2 bath loft is located on the third floor of Zuni Lofts and is known to have one of the most stylish and spacious floor plans in the hotel.
The living area is open-concept, allowing for the free flow of energy and connection, with a modern but mellow, down-to-earth vibe. Starting with the Scandi-Modern kitchen designed to meet the needs of the modern travelerās lifestyle.

The remaining living space includes the spacious living room with a cognac saddle leather couch, beautiful design touches from CB2, and floor-to-ceiling windows. In the mood to binge-watch something excellent? You will be thrilled to find out that the smart TVās in every room of the loft come with a fully loaded cable package, including HBO.
The large dining area is set for four with a handsome sustainably sourced oak table that is surrounded by wall-sized windows and located right off the private balcony with stunning skyline views. This balcony is the perfect space for reading a book, a morning sunrise meditation or celebratory vacation libations. Cheers!
Also off of the dining area, behind the modern barn doors, you will find a cozy, curated bedroom with a wall-sized window, zen art pieces. One of the best kept secrets in Zuni Lofts is the view from the top bunk- whoever is lucky enough to snag this spot will have the pleasure of stargazing their way to a perfect nightās sleep.
The master suite is Taj Mahal sized with tons of additional space, and a serene work space with ergonomic design. The natural light in this room from the floor-to-ceiling windows makes it an ideal, productive space for digital nomads. The ensuite bathroom is also muy grande and includes dual sinks and a glass-enclosed shower.
The third bedroom offers a terrazzo end tables and funky mod lighting. This room is tucked away towards the front of the loft and provides a ton of quiet privacy. There is also a large walk-in closet in this room that is big enough to fit all of the things, even if you overpacked. For convenience, there is an additional bathroom just outside of the room with a full shower.

But first, coffee!
Coffee shops are a-plenty in the neighborhood. with Coffee for the People being the closest and offering great breakfast burritos and bagels. Method Collective, On and Off, and Novo are all so close by and are equally as great.
We are also surrounded by the cityās best restaurants which guests have the luxury of traveling to on foot, due to our central location. Duo and Root Down for a fresh, farm-to-table dinner, Linger for eclectic tapas, Avante for an assortment of food hall-style meals, Ohana for excellent fresh poke, Rush bowls for a quick acai morning bowl, etc.
Vacation Libations anyone?
Zuni Street Brewery is just next door and is a very popular spot for locally brewed beers, plus they have live music in the summer! Recess, Avanti, Lady Jane, and Forest Room 5 are also great places for vacation libations. For more entertainment options, visit our IG page.

Perfect! There are many kid-friendly activities nearby! Approx 15-20 minutes away is the Denver Museum of Nature and Science which boasts epic, educational galleries and an IMAX theatre, and right next door is the Denver Zoo!

There are many located rooted boutiques in the neighborhood such as Rustic Thread, Strut Boutique, Ruby Jane, and Inspyre.
Music Lover:
Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 20-30 minutes away and is known to be one of the best outdoor

If youāre into mother nature, you will love running, walking, and biking to the many nearby parks- Sloanās Lake being the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park.
