You are going to love your stay here - the loft is located in the heart of downtown Denver, so you're close to everything. The loft is spacious and includes an office area if you're planning on getting work done during your stay. The queen bed upstairs is extremely comfy and has everything you need from a closet to a bathroom right next to you. The sitting area and kitchen on the middle levels offer great views of the city, and a few mountain peaks if you look hard enough. Finally, downstairs is a beautiful living area with space for dining, office, and more! This unique accommodation is clean, stylish, and sure to be a focal point in your trip. It's super cozy and comfy to hang out in. And all around the building are restaurants, bars, music venues, sports venues, and so much more! FYI - there is transient traffic nearby.

Overall a good experience
The property was in a great location and reasonably priced. Unfortunately the property was not cleaned prior to our arrival, so we had to do multiple loads of laundry for clean sheets and towels as well as clean the property. When we notified the host of the error, they refunded us about 70% of the cost to make up for the error which was appreciated. Outside of that, it was a really great place overall and I would recommend this property!

Great space for two in a bit of a rough neighbourhood
PROS Overall we had a good stay here - the place is clean and has everything you need. The Lobby restaurant downstairs is super good and close to the baseball stadium as well as some trendy bars and restaurants. CONS The check in process was confusing - the parking area is across the alley from the building and not super intuitive so a photo of it would have been helpful (host said it was in the listing but it wasnā€™t). The listing says it sleeps four but Iā€™m not sure how thatā€™s possible as neither of the couches fold out so we took turns sleeping in the bed/on the couch. Worked great for two friends or a couple but I wouldnā€™t recommend it for more people. The area is rough with multiple shelters and a lot of unhoused folks on the streets. We witnessed several drug deals right out front as well as open drug use (smoking/injecting). At no point did we feel unsafe, however Iā€™ll caveat that by saying that weā€™re two social workers who work in mental health and substance use so folks who donā€™t have experience with this demographic may have a different experience.

Lovely, secure spot close to Coors Field
We chose the property for its vicinity to Coors Field, but it was also within walking distance of many of the other main hotspots in Denver. The loft itself is charming but modern, and the exposed brick is gorgeous. Itā€™s hard to tell from the photos, but itā€™s 3 small levels with the middle level being sort of a split level with the kitchen and living area. Top level is the bedroom and bathroom, bottom level is the den. Beautiful picture windows offering natural lighting throughout. If youā€™re coming with friends, there is a queen air-mattress that we put in the den. Sharing a single bathroom was tricky but we made it work. Plenty of towels and sheets, and the a/c was excellent. Could have used more blankets! We were a bit concerned about security driving in and seeing messy streets and alleys and hearing sirens screaming around us, but the entry to the property itself is gated, as is the parking across the alley. Getting in was a little confusing, because we didnā€™t know where we could or should park and it only caused a tiny bit of stress while one of us circled the block a few times and the other tried to find all the gates and doors and keep the codes straight to get in for the first time and get the clicker to the parking lot :) but I donā€™t know how else youā€™d do it, or how youā€™d do it alone! We only had one issue with the air mattress and the host replaced it instantly. Super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a cool loft, very we'll decorated and very close to lots of bars and restaurants, as well as the ballpark. We really enjoyed staying there as it was perfect for what we needed.
