We enjoyed our stay, though check in could have been better. We booked through hotels.com and were given a complete total for the stay, and told we wouldn't be charged until we checked in. Sadly, I was alerted about the charge way before checking in, and a completely different amount than agreed. I brought it up when we actually did check in, because the lady at the desk tried telling me that I needed to pay still. I told her I had already paid and showed her, and I also mentioned that the amount I had agreed on was not what I was charged. She argued that I was wrong, even after showing her my hotels.com receipt. She then told me that since it was a 3rd party booked stay, they would reimburse me the over payment within 5-10 business days. As of almost 2 months later, I still have not been reimbursed unfortunately. Other than the not so great check in service, we enjoyed our stay and the spacious room we stayed in.

Rooms are best and extremely clean. It’s a bit of a drive from the airport but the cleanliness makes it worth it. The breakfast was good and staff were exceptional. This is the best Comfort Suites I have stayed in.

We just stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and the gentleman in the front was kind. The surrounding area is a little sketchy but Colfax is known for that so that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Disappointing
The hotel in general is run down. The carpet was torn and very dirty. I requested ADA accommodations, my daughter has muscular dystrophy. The tub had no grab bars so getting in and out of the tub was challenging. It also looked liked homeless people were sleeping in the lobby.
