This property was way away from venue we were at. I didnā€™t like that I had to tell someone each day to clean my room when I was there for multiple days. Also when they do replenish towels they didnā€™t take care of the trash. The. One day when they did they broke handle on shower door and didnā€™t say anything about it I better not get charged for it. The location of this hotel I didn feel safe in the evening at all.

our room smelled like a wet dog the lobby was not air conditioned and hot and stuffy the trash stacked up overnight in front of our elevators the room was clean beds very comfy linen clean bathroom clean if i had brought my own wet dog i would have understood the smell in the room but i didnt so i dont location was good for my purposes

The lobby was rather clean. The front staff weren't super friendly. The room was clean and the comfort was good. THe pillows were so soft they flattened almost immediately. The windows are not sound reducing and there are 2 loud dogs barking half the night.

My kids were excited to go swimming but once they got in they said it was too strong of a chemical smell to swim and they didnt like swimming in the pool because of it. They came out smelling strong of chlorine.

I like how they had breakfast every morning and the shuttle was very convenient. I didnā€™t like how the room was dirty, there was dirty towels and some parts of the hotel room were dirty.
