I was quite surprised by my stay with Hilton, because I’ve never had a bad experience, but this time however the room was not up to standards, the housekeepers don’t speak English and did not clean our room. Two nights I had to call for clean towels

We were checked in by someone who obviously hated his job. First bad experience ever with Double Tree. He was not friendly at all and didn't even offer cookies to my girls. We passed by the lobby later on and another associate was checking in 2 adults and offered them cookies. You are known for cookies for your hotel.

Shuttle experience is horrible. There are two shuttle that pick up for two different double trees. One at the airport and one that 30 mins away. There is nothing to distinguish which is which so very easy to get onto the wrong shuttle. The wait for the shuttle for the airport double tree is somewhere between 1 hr and infinity. Called the front desk but they were no help in locating the shuttle. We gave up and just called Uber.
