A perfect place to relax with family and friends! This is our "music home". You'll feel right at home in this updated 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths property with plenty of room with a 3-car garage and basement. Park-like back yard and pet friendly. We love pets and consider them as family members, but please make sure to include pet under pets and not as kids when booking. This home is about 5 minutes drive to Littleton Mineral light rail station. Close to Denver Tech Center. Easy access to downtown Denver, sport stadiums by light rail . Close enough to visit most popular places like Rocky Mountain National park and ski resorts and back in the same day. About 1.5 hours drive to Vail and Breckenridge. Home away from home
This property was perfect for our needs. Location is great, in a nice neighborhood, close to the South Platte River for walking. Good location for access to Denver area. The house is spacious and very clean with everything you need and more. Kitchen was excellent. Three good sized bedrooms. Our dog loved the side yard. Grill and table for outside eating were very useful. Highly recommend.

The house had plenty of room. It was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, I will use this place again if it’s available next summer. The kids could play in the back and the front. It was sooo close to my parents’ house. We could walk if needed. Everything worked. I don’t think we used the tv but that seemed adequate. We loved it!

We had two shows at red rocks this last weekend and stayed at Hannah's place for the long weekend. This was actually our second year in a row choosing this house because of its great location, plenty of space, a good front porch and back yard, and is nice and clean. Will be back again!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was exactly what we needed. The air conditioner and heat worked well. Most things that we needed were provided in the kitchen. The garage door into the house was a bit odd and the location of the poles in the garage made it a bit challenging at times but overall everything was great. We contacted the owner a few times and the response time was the best we have had for a vacation rental. Yard was great for our dog. Everything was as described in the listing. Will definitely stay here if needing the location again.

This home was perfect for our needs! Very accommodating and comfortable. The separate attached room set aside for dogs was great! The yard was also wonderful with plenty of room to play catch with the dogs! We hosted dinner for family that was also in town for the wedding! Hannah was very easy to work with and available if we needed anything. Overall a lovely stay!
