Great customer service at check in who helped us with coordinating our car drop off and getting back to the hotel. Found milk for our morning English cup of tea and was friendly and polite. Hotel and room was clean for a great nights sleep for an early departure from Denver!

This is such an easy place to stay-- ten minute drive from Denver International, next door to the Moonlight Diner (which is a good to great diner), free breakfast, and a hop skip and jump to the I-70 and our way home to Crested Butte. Staff is always pleasant and it's just your good basic road trip hotel. I recommend it.

We enjoyed our room, except for the shower. The faucet handle would deliver hot, hotter or scalding water. It was near impossible to get it adjusted to a comfortable, or tolerable temperature.

It was overall good but I asked for a wake up call and didn't get one. Thankfully I had other alarms and the worry of over sleeping that I woke up throughout the night. I didn't miss the shuttle to the airport.
