The hotel was clean and the bedroom was large. However, the bedrooms are only cleaned every other day. Unlike a Holiday Inn Express it did not have computers available for guests to check into flights, nor did it offer free bottled water.

Nice Hotel. Terrible service.
The hotel its self was very nice, but service was poor. House keeping tried entering our room 3 times even though we told them we did not want/need service. They would actually enter our room starting at 8am, but the extra lock stopped them from full coming in. This happened 3 times even though when they knocked I would say ā€œno thank youā€. Front desk was rude to other employees while checking in. Valet was amazing and had great customer service.

Clean , nice accommodations however the entire city is under construction and limited us to enjoy the city. Also had to ask 3 times for a hair dryer and finally later in the day received it.

Check in at the front was terrible, very rude and key cards didnt work. We came back late in the night and couldnt get inside, the front desk seen us and just sat there.. swimming pool was gross and the hot tub wasnt even hot
