Our family enjoyed our stay. The room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. There were only two complaints the young man at the service desk in the evening wasn’t too helpful giving us directions to the elevator for the pool and when we booked the room the website indicated there was a hot tub but there was not. Other than that we would recommend this Hampton Inn.

I could not get consistent hot water in the shower throughout my stay. I informed the front desk each day that the shower in my room would not provide hot water even though I could get it in the sink. I was informed every day that they would have maintenance look into it. It was still not fixed on my last night. Ended up taking two cold showers during my three day stay.

Clean hotel in the vicinity of the civic centre of Denver. Room was large and linear. A bit worn but clean. Walking distance to museums. Breakfast poor - we chose to eat out rather than have the breakfast our second morning. Staff were fine - business like vs friendly - but adequate.

The good : 1. Clean 2. Recently updated 3. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and clean 4. About 20-25 walk to Union station 5. This hotel was amazing! The breakfast had a huge selection and there were numerous restaurants within walking distance. We chose to opt out of the valet parking because there was a public parking lot right next door to the hotel which was only $5 for the entire day for weekends and $14 for the entire day for weekdays. The staff was friendly and professional and my children loved the pool. We will definitely be staying here again!
