Hotel was fine. Nothing particularly special about it. There was quite a lot of noise I could hear from the street despite being on the 11th floor. Hotel Lobby was clean and seemed mildly updated. Once I got to my floor the hotel looked a bit dated. Room was fine. Nothing spectacular. Housekeeping didn’t come at all during my stay.

If you’re driving expect to park in a ramp across the street. You still pay to park. It was difficult finding the park entrance, had to go around the block several times to get on the right street. In all it took an hour to get my car parked. It might be better if you fly in and get a ride to the hotel…

Poor lightening for makeup application, limited electrical outlets and had to search for a coffee place with outlet, small room and weird chair location. Ordered fries at bar and they were wimpy and not allI crisp, husband had mashed potatoes and hard to eat out of a bowl, no spoon Connecting to WiFi was convoluted and never figured it out. Didn’t know if we could drink the water from the bottles, said if not premier it would cost, so we didn’t. Check in was good, forgot toothbrush and was given and the valet service was great. 👍 hotel location was good for the event we were downtown for.

I rarely give bad reviews but I was extremely frustrated with my check-in. We tried to do early check in (2:30 pm) and were told to come back at the normal check in (4:00 pm). We sat in the lobby for that long ( as I watched several guests get rooms - I thought maybe my specific room was unique) to be told we couldn’t check in for another HOUR. I was exhausted from traveling and was hoping to take a nap before our event. Nope. No comp. No sorry. No nothing.

I enjoyed the view and felt safe in my room. I did not enjoy the horrible breakfast and the absurdly outrageous prices. I was completely shocked at the quality of the towels and the less than desirable single robe that was used to stock my bathroom. Towels were stiff as sandpaper and not a hint of luxury implied by the color or thickness. Such a disappointment. Then there's the aged/vintage not-so-white robe. Terry cloth was years old. Flat, not fluffy. Very drab. And big enough to cover the king size bed in the room. Clock on the wall didn't work. The keurig coffee machine was broke, all coffee grounds from k-cup were in my cup so I was unable to have my morning cup of coffee. The price should match the quality that is offered at this establishment. I would not choose this particular motel in the future.
