The stay was really good. The parking was alittle too expensive. We had to park down the street. My son stepped on something sharp and his feet bled alittle. I checked the carpet and found a glass shard.

This hotel is showing signs of needing an update. Shower curtain was a bit tattered .. we had a king size bed that was comfy and so were the pillows. Plenty of hot water and pressure was good. Be sure to deadbolt the door .. housekeeping knocked so lightly we didnā€™t hear him and he started to come in at 8am..checkout is at noon. Right across the street from the Denver Convention Center..very convenient if attending an event there.

The front desk on the day of my arrival didn't seem very focused when checking me in. Later I needed something and had to make multiple trips. On my day of departure, my wake up call was 13 min late. Fortunately, I was already up otherwise catching my flight might have been too tight. That said, I do appreciate the hot coffee that was always available, and the hotel was quiet and convenient. Although I'm not sure if you have any control over it, it always smelled like weed near the entrance, which was offputting, but fine once I got in the lobby.

The property had items stated both online and in the room that they don't offer (namely breakfast made to order and room service). I am traveling for work and have late nights and early mornings so specifically was looking for a hotel that did offer these services. When I tried to call for room service using the number listed and the number on the room phone, it rang continually and never was answered. I then switched to the front desk and the person who answered didn't even let me finish speaking before she cut me off and said that service wasn't offered. Room service is obviously not the end of the world but the treatment I received during that interaction as well as the night before when I called to ask for parking instructions as I could not find the garage was very frustrating. I was very polite on my requests so it was hard to be continually cut off and rudely spoken too. I will not be staying here again.

Great location near convention center and 16th St Mall. Latter was under construction so a pain, but thatā€™s not the hotelā€™s fault.
