If I had the opportunity to rate this hotel a 4.5, I would have done that! We had a couple of things go sideways, but the efficient staff handled the problems! We did have to change rooms again, but it was a good thing in the end!

The breakfast attendant was top-notch. Spotless, full everything, constantly cleaning, sanitary. I didn't like the toilet in the room. It's too low and difficult to raise & lower to use. The towels were thin and not soft. everything else was good.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, wonderful service. It is located in an older more run-down area of town and surrounded by some cheap and seedy hotels. Easy access to I70 and basically everything Denver Metro. Just don't plan on walking the area at night.
