absolutely horrific hotel. i wouldnā€™t even consider this a hotel. whatever you do im telling you do not waste your money here i was concerned when reading the reviews when i booked this on expedia. i booked 7 night 8 days coming from california to visit my fiance. as soon as we came we knew it was going to be a hell hole. to start check in was at 3 and we werenā€™t able to check in for A WHOLE HOUR. finally we checked in and the room key didnā€™t even work my fiance went to get another one and when we finally were able to go inside it looked nothing like the pictures. the bathroom ceiling was leaking everywhere and it smelt absolutely horrendous. we went to the front desk to ask for another room and once again the key wasnā€™t working. once we were able to come inside we noticed there was holes on the walls the front door was barley holding on. the bathroom ceiling also had a huge hole there were burns in the sheets from cigarettes the walls were dirty and the bathroom was so filthy. my fiancĆ© and i could not stand to be there i went to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager and the lady up there was giving such attitude. she then tells me that the manager is on a plane and wonā€™t be in today and asked them for even a partial refund and she said i need to wait for the manager. we went back the next day and still no one and the lady told me the manager would give me a call and never did. weā€™ve tried multiple times to call this ā€œhotelā€ and no answer what so ever.

Unfortunately this was my worst stay in Denver..The bathroom ceiling was moldy, the air filter was dirty, and although this was a non smoking hotel, someone was smoking weed below us and I could smell it in the bathroom. All of these factors had me sick by morning.. the area was so loud we could not sleep either.. Nice staff at counter but the hotel needs to be condemned.

It was ok. Very noisy and the whole area was run down. I wouldn't stay there again and I wouldn't recommend it. I was disappointed because I thought it would be better than it was since it was connected to The Red Roof Inn.

Property was dirty and in poor condition. Our bathroom had a hole in the ceiling and the walls were grimy. The property was loud and felt unsafe, the bed felt like a prison bed. Had friends traveling with us and their room was given away, despite the fact that they had already paid for one. No refund was offered. Would not recommend.

The check in was easy and staff was friendly but the room had no comforter or blanket on the bed and the sheets were "clean" but looked to have foot print marks on them and a cigarette burn in it. The overall cleanliness wasn't terrible, but there was a noticeable soft spot and dip in the bathroom that made it feel unsafe like it would collapse.
