Still have received my deposit paid upon arrival. $100 in total. The stay for 2 nights was $112 $100 deposit . So I'm out $212 for a two night stay. I could have used that $100 to stay at a different hotel but had to sleep in my car after the first 2 nights. Been 7 days so far no refund on deposit

It appeared that the floor in our room was never mopped since its opening. The other parts of the room were pretty dirty also, including dry cheese on the dusty curtains, and other questionable stains all over the place. The area around the hotel was so nasty, covered with cigarette buds and smelly spills, etc. I would never book this hotel outside of Expedia and thatā€™s why I believe it needs to be removed from here until proper cleaning and renovations are done. Also, it shouldnā€™t be advertised as near airport hotel because itā€™s good 20 min away in non-rush hours

Price is why I chose this motel, and I still would based on that even though it a below decent hotel. Things to know are; room had shampoo, bar soap and was spacious with a stove and fridge. Staff was friendly, especially the second lady the next day of my stay, she was nice and helpful when my key card wasn't working. Although I believe it has more to do with the old doors. Bedding and floors looked clean in room. Shower needs to be a more clean and needs new shower heads. Also no blow-dryer, breakfast or anything. Only bus is available for transportation (not including Uber since it can be expensive) and if you need to leave at certain times in the night or morning it's limited. Also there is no ticket booth nearby. Checking in was slow but that was due to computer problems.

No running water. Large men banging on the door.
Unfortunately i was extremely disappointed. The carbon monoxide detector was beeping every few minutes, as soon as i walked in the the room. Maintenance came to remove it but didn't not replace it. I went for a family members funeral and there was no running water for me to shower or brush my teeth. No notice of the service being unavailable. When i called the front desk they said it was an emergency when i complained about not being warned they didn't apologize just said "while it's an emergency situation" again. Completely uncomfortable because groups of men where knocking on the door each night saying they were giving out food. I complained about the men, they said "oh they do that all the time, it's no big deal". I needed rest but couldn't comfortably sleep worrying about the men who kept banging on my door.

Stay away from this place!! Where do I start. The whole room was beat up and shabby. Felt very unsafe. Elevator room was flooded. Front desk agent actually looked at me and my family and said ā€œare you sure you want to stay here?ā€ Should have bolted but it was almost midnight and we were exhausted. After seeing the room I should have left. They should pay you to stay at this freak show of a hotel

Our experience was not so good. How does a motel not know there is illegal activity going on in room 118? It took us about 30 minutes after check in to figure that out. 18-20 different people every day in and out of the room at all hours day and night. That special knock to gain access. The last night we were there they backed up and parked a truck in the handicap ramp, so the ramp couldn't be used. It was not a good experience.

Property was clean nothing crazy. The hotel only provided 2 towels for a room with 2 beds, I wish they wouldā€™ve provided more. The front desk women were so nice and helpful. The floor in the hotel rooms were a bit dirty. The sheets and towels had weird stains I understand other people use them but it was a bit gross. You get what you pay for but overall it was very quiet in the area and great service. The beds are comfortable and the price is just right.

First off, I don't normally give negative reviews and try to cut properties slack, this time is different and this place is absolutely terrible, the room was marketed as non smoking.. when we arrived we couldn't even stay in the room for 5 minutes without choking up. We ended up going to the local Walmart to purchase air sanitizer and diffuser to help mask the smell, didn't help much but made it somewhat tolerable. In addition to the smell, the area just didn't seem safe and we had folks loitering right in front of our room until into early morning hours.. Talking loud / yelling / screaming... I called the front desk and the lady was really apologetic and offered a room on second level.. the smell and condition of room was no better.. I will NEVER stay at another Red Roof Inn due to this horrible experience.. STAY AWAY if you have any other options.. NEVER AGAIN.. I would give my stay a ZERO starts if possible.
