First night at the hotel, my vehicle got broken into. Hotel staff did not want to help, told me it was my property not theirs, They couldn't do anything about it. Was very noisy, bed pillows so flat could not sleep. Breakfast was very basic and disappointing, Stayed at many homewood suites before, and this one was the worst. The pool was not even in service and was not aware of it until after checking in. Will not stay here ever again.

Missed our flight connection to Denver. Called hotel and told they would approve cancelation but only after Expedia. Only had a cell phone and after five attempts to get to an Expedia site that would process cancellations I gave up. Impossible to find a phone number and talk to Expedia. It was midnight or so, so I can’t believe someone couldn’t have helped. Consequently I will have to eat my Denver hotel plus my layover hotel. Very unhappy about this situation.

As we travel across country I wish we could have this hotel with every stop and stay! Clean! Comfortable! Friendly! The breakfast had your typical go to's but also had extras. Great extras!! I spend a lot of time while we are on the road researching places to stay for each stop. I read reviews .. many reviews...so if you are like me and go by others opinion before booking.. book here!
