Everything you need for your Colorado stay! This spacious, stand alone home comes with a private new high end salt water hot tub and movie room. Centrally located for all spots in Denver and close to Boulder and Red Rocks, also just a short drive to hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park or elsewhere. The space is equipped with a hot tub, movie room, and chef's kitchen, two living areas and has four huge bedrooms with king beds and three full bathrooms to comfortably host your entire group.

The home is a 2,000+ square foot stand alone house with everything you need for a large group or family stay, a hot tub and 4 king beds! The main floor has an open concept, with Chef's Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living Room. The upstairs has the huge Master Suite with its ensuite bathroom and a king bed. It also boasts the Sunlight Room and Rocky Mountain Room, each with a king bed, and the second full bathroom. The lower floor has a second Living Room where your group can comfortably enjoy together, the Corner Room with another king bed, and the third and final full bathroom. The basement area provides a sleeping space with a Bunk Bed; twin over full bunk bed and room for kids to play, as well as hosting the Movie Room. All bedrooms have their own closets with space to store your belongings.The covered porch is where you will find the hot tub.

The entire house is accessible and yours for the duration of your stay!

**Please respect this quiet neighborhood for the duration of your stay - quiet hours begin at 10pm and noise must be kept to a minimum from that time onwards. Also, the hot tub is well maintained weekly but please note, things happen, albeit rare, we cannot control if there is an issue with the hot tub which requires maintenance and there is always a chance of it being down during the stay.”
