Staff was nice. Stairwell smelled like someone threw up in there. Halls smelled bad. The room was actually nice. In need of some repairs but nice. But has an early flight out the next morning so B only stayed for one night. Prob wonā€™t be doing that again

First room they gave me hadn't even been cleaned yet then they moved me to a different room which turned out to not even have a working AC and that room was very hot up on the third floor and the elevator was not working. Ended up leaving and finding other accommodations

Iā€™m not sure who the market is for this hotel, but itā€™s not me. Everything everywhere smells like cigarettes used an entire can of Fabreeze to get the stink out of the room. Worried about my car, dogs in the rooms, screaming, loud music all hours. The staff tried hard, front desk was nice but weary. Housekeeper for my room tried hard and they all need a raise. Looked into a couple open rooms while coming & going, how anyone could trash a hotel room so badly! Elevator is broken, the lobby is locked except 11-7, itā€™s just a scary place. Bathroom is large, great hot water and shower head.

This should be a ZERO!
Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until after 7:00. The doors were locked. I called and talked to the night manager. He refused to let us in and then the company refused to give me a refund. We we couldn't find a room anywhere and ended up sleeping in the airport. Worst experience ever.

I showed up to said property and they 'moved' us to another property??? Then we still have not been refunded. We did not approve a move from the address we were given for our stay. This is poor business and a crappy hotel environment
