This property is in dire need of renovation. The room smelled so bad of animal pee i had to leave. I have stayed in many laquintas with really good results, but this one was gross. On the positive side, the staff was super nice, refunded me (a few days later, no biggie as it was on a credit card) and i was able to find a hotel nearby that was nice.

Not very nice at all
Sadly this hotel did not meet any of our expectations and we felt totally unsafe with rooms offered. The duty manager on reception could not have been more helpful and understanding and all credit to her for letting us cancel at such short notice. Having just left a LaQuinta hotel in Loveland we were totally shocked at the difference in standards and condition between properties in the same brand. We have given the highest possible score for service only on that basis. With an 86 year old lady in our party we have to consider her safety at all times and as one of the rooms offered fronted on to the car park where we had already seen some unsavoury looking characters hanging around we could not take any risks. We found more suitable and safe accommodation nearby. Thank you.

Rooms smelled bad. The door did not open, the staff almost couldn't open the door. Waited outside for almost an hour before getting into the building. Would not recommend or stay at this location again. Cancelled my last night and went elsewhere.

Our room had a funky odor. Had to leave the window open all night so listened to traffic and other noises outside . Property was very average. No bathroom fan. Needs updates. Not worth the price.

We loved this location and how close it was to the freeway. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I might change next time is to ask not to be next to the maintenance room. There was a lot of noise and commotion going on every morning Due to, I think the maintenance team and the cleaning staff Rolling carts and talking very loudly, made it so that we could not sleep anymore In the future, I would still stay here. I would just ask to not be close to the maintenance room. Just a heads up in case anybody else is plenty to stay here. It was a great hotel and I am sure we will stay there again the next time weā€™re in Colorado.

It was dirty the shower had hair and some kind of grey gum in it going into the drain the tub was dirty and the service at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. The environment around the hotel felt unsafe because of Vinasualanse and drug users and gang members. There was drinking and partying in the parking lot and the pool was cold and dirty. Im tying to add photos to this but it wont let me add them for some reason.
