staff don't tell you, nor is there a notice or room compendium but coffee/tea is only served at breakfast 6.30-9.00am. at no other time can you get a hot drink here. we waited over an hour for the airport shuttle and then waited for a staff member to man the front desk to check us in. the room was clean.

Get what you pay for.
So first off, maybe the smallest room I've stayed at, in a hotel in the USA. Making matters worst is the dresser drawer would NOT stay closed so I ran into it many times. LOTS of pain. Shower and bath area were nice but had ZERO places to hang anything, towels clothes, anything...Shower was the same, no shelf. Crazy. Staff was nice. Young kid, he was there ALOT it seems. Had a better attitude than the young girl, maybe he was newer. Cleaning staff seemed nice with little interactions I had with them. The saying is still true in this hotel... Get what you pay for.

This is very nice hotel and close to airport. But if you need to have airport shuttle. This will take a long time to wait at the airport. I wait more than 2 hours at Denver airport.

Problem with shuttle from airport to hotel
I think my room was newly renovated so no problem with it at all. The airport shuttle going to the airport was great but getting picked up from the airport the night before was not possible for me. I followed all the instructions waiting at door 512 on the 3rd island where all the hotels pick up customers. The front desk told me only once per hour but i had to give up changing to Lyft after waiting more than 1.5 hours. I could have taken Lyft earlier for a cheaper price as well. Therefore, it took me more than two hours to get to the hotel and paying a higher price for ride share.

It was a nice and clean place, has close restaurants to eat. I did not like the strong smell to Clorox in the dormitory. but after a while when I opened the windows the smell went.

Upon check-in, I stood at the desk for about a minute before the lady sitting down asked me the first question, if I needed a shuttle. Told her no, I wished to check-in. Assigned me a room and I found it to look nothing like the photos on Hotels.com, completely different flooring, etc. The room was also much smaller and cramped than the photos. The bathroom counter had chips out of it and scratches all over. The sink had a crack and rust near the drain. There was a piece of chewing gum on the floor in the entryway. I asked for another room. It was a little better, and without chewing gum on the floor to step on. I was awakened around 6:00 am by someone above us wearing heels around in their room for about an hour on the laminate flooring update. Breakfast consisted of plain bagels, waffle maker, choice of two cereals, and yogurt. I don't usually give so much detail about a stay, but this is the worst I have had in years. I would not recommend staying here unless they cut the price drastically.
