My family and I reserved this property because 1 of my sons leases another unit in the Arista complex. On future visits, we intend to reserve this property again. The townhouse fit our needs well. We enjoyed the patio. Although we didn't cook any meals, the kitchen was well stocked. The host communicated with us regarding a plumbing issue discovered by the cleaning staff. We appreciated the stocked paper products, soaps, coffee, filters, air freshner, shampoo, conditioner, etc.

This property is conveniently located in a safe/well lit area. Entrance at street level/ garage with steps up to Kitchen, Living room, half bath and front balcony. Another flight upstairs to 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and laundry. Tastefully decorated and supplied with shower and kitchen notions. The host was responsive to my questions and seemed to truly care about our stay which I appreciated. I wish there was a check out list on the refrigerator rather than texts or going thru the app. I’m kinda new to VRBO so that could be something I need to learn. We do plan to visit again and will definitely look at this home & host again. TIP : grab a pie from Colorado Cherry Company at the start of your stay. Enjoy
