The warmth and friendliness of the hosts was so refreshing after coming from a traditional hotel. The historic home is beautiful and the accommodations comfortable and quaint. I enjoyed feeling like a guest in someone's artistic home. And the homemade granola and host company was a treat.

The owners of this B&B are very friendly and I liked getting to know them. There are several problems with this B&B. The neighborhood is very noisy. The parking is totally inadequate. The building needs a great deal of maintenance and upkeep. The breakfast is very mediocre. The location is great.

Doc and Judith are fantastic! Really nice folks! This super cool old house is right on Broadway. Funky restaurants, bars, record shops are all within walking distance. Not "fancy" or "slick" but really fun.

This B&B is hosted by a lovely couple that makes you feel at home. Not only is the space itself comfortable and quiet but also some of the best entertainment in Denver is steps from the front door. I will be staying here again.

Judith and her partner were lovely hosts! The property is in an excellent location off south Broadway that was super convenient for walking. Itā€™s cool to find a classic Victorian bed and breakfast downtown in a cityā€”it was reasonably priced! Cozy rooms, good vibes. Would stay again.
