Was excited about the idea of parking our car, flying out and having a set place to stay when we returned. When we arrived they didn't seem to understand we needed the shuttle that day and were staying when we returned. Asked if we could extend a day and was told i had to make a new reservation. The shuttle pulled in and left before picking anyone up then returned 10 minutes later. A lot of the same confusion upon our return. Was charged a $50 deposit on 12/1 and informed them of the extended/ new reservation for the next day and was told he'd leave a note and we should be good until checkout. At 930 the next morning the maid knocked and opened our door, then left quickly. Decided i better double check on our extra day which hadn't been put in and was charged a second deposit of $75! Was told it went up on the 1st (although I was charged 50). The next morning at 9am knock by housekeeping and opened the door again!! Ridiculous! Told the front desk clerk upon checkout and was told she'd talk to them, doesn't help me at all. We'll NEVER stay here again. Pay a little more stay elsewhere

I had a very disturbed night of sleep. Somewhere around 11pm the room above me had some newcomers who were nothing short of loud and obnoxious. It sounded like someone was being hurt so I sent the front desk guy up there to make sure everything was ok. After the front desk guy went up there, the people in that room seemed to have taken my concern personally and just got louder and more obnoxious. It was then I got very upset with it. I had to be up at 3 am to catch a flight and had very little sleep the night before. I was exhausted. They did whatever they could to keep me from sleeping until about 2am, and at that point I just got up. The front desk man did offer me a new room but it was midnight and I had to be up soon, by the time I packed everything up and got settled it wouldnā€™t have helped much anyways. Those people should have been forced to move in my opinion. The hotel was nice, bed was comfortable for the little amount of time I got to use it. Front desk was helpful and kind. Wasnā€™t a bad stay other than the people above me. Iā€™ve stayed here twice, the other time I stayed was great, no problems!
