Rooms were clean, front desk friendly, breakfast great, beds comfy. Main entrance drive torn out, front door entrance torn out, no signs. Rm 402 you can hear the road traffic pretty clearly and the construction work. Really blindingly bright lights outside the windows in both rooms. Booked 2 rooms but when we checked in given 2 different floors. Asked if any rooms together and given across the hall from each other. 1st floor hallway from back of hotel parking lot smelled heavily of pot both days.

If you’re looking for a cheap option.
Checked in after 11pm on a Thursday - was told about room service, free breakfast while checking in. The next morning there was a roach in my shower & the tub wasn’t draining properly, I thought housekeeping would see it but they never went into my room, despite the cart being outside of my room when I left for the morning, lots of construction outside by the front entrance and one of the exits was eventually blocked off which was a little inconvenient coming in to the parking lot. Also that same day Friday, they continued the construction at 6:30 in the morning, that’s a little extreme they couldn’t have waited a reasonable time? It was really loud and I was “lucky” enough to have a room whose window was right by it. Saturday no housekeeping again while the cart was again parked outside of my room… not sure if this is request only but I assumed not since it wasn’t mentioned during check in. Sunday before check out is when housekeeping finally knocked on my door however I was showering/packing my things and still had over 30 mins before checkout time. Perks I found were it was very close to their highway & decent food options across the street that’s about it. This is a 2 star hotel so I guess I shouldn’t have expected anything more.

There was construction going on and we were not informed of alternate ways of entry. Children were allowed to run around in the breakfast area playing with the syrup dispenser and getting in front of others without anyone (staff or parents) stopping them. Everything else was great. The room was clean and comfortable. It could have used another trash can. We would stay here again.

The entrance was blocked and under construction so it was difficult to get in but once there the front desk check in ladies we efficient and friendly. Room was better than we expected. Bed was comfortable. Shuttle driver was on time. No complaints.

The person at the desk, Luis, was so horrific. We arrived at 12:32 and he was so unkind, disrespectful, and obnoxious. I have never been treated so poorly.

I wouldn’t stay again. The only nice things can say is the breakfast was better than expected and the beds were comfortable. The road out front was very noisy. Semi trucks using engine brakes all hours.

The pool and the gym it was under construction. The hotels property it supposed let the customers know about it. The front desks lady charged me twice for the deposit. Thanks to me I always check my bank account. Be alert people

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and neat. Our room was perfect size for our family of 4. Breakfast was pretty much . Breakfast was pretty much the same every day. Not everyone likes biscuits and gravy so having another meat choice would of been nice. Our room was only noisy because of elevator made a lot a noise. Otherwise we enjoyed our visit
