Pool was super warm and for sure the highlight! Also a nice hot tub. Chill vibe and fun ambiance with a variety of decor and lighting throughout. Staff were friendly and food was delicious. Room was spacious and convenient. Cool game room to play pool. The only bad things were the lobby and hallways had an overwhelming sort of cleaning/floral scent (IDK if it was air freshener or cleaning solution but it was aggressive) and none of the games besides pool were functional (I had really wanted to play skeeball since I saw they had it when browsing hotels). Will likely stay again!

I checked in late, was given late check out.. paid for 2 comp breakfasts and garage parking (or so I thought) I have briefly worked at the Renaissance in dt Seattle previously, if a guest had two comp breakfasts & only needed one, we’d let the guest trade in a breakfast for a free night of parking (if the person simply asked, since one person doesn’t really need two breakfasts) Well since I booked through a third party I was told I could not change anything! I parked in the garage but amazingly wasn’t charged! The breakfast was delicious (and I got two of em) The room was spacious and comfortable. I loved the balcony and watching the sun rise ☀️ The buildings architecture was amazing and so was the pool area! Would definitely stay again!

Loved this property. It was beautiful, quiet at night for most part, accommodating, and staff was very helpful. It was many stores, restaurants, and bars within a 10 minute drive. 10/10

Everything was good but when we wanted to enjoy the game room, we were informed that it was closed for renovation. I was disappointed because that was one on the things that attracted me to this hotel. The staff were amazing just a little unorganized. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel aesthetic was beautiful. I would def stay again. I also suggest doing “club level”. It comes with its perks.

Great experience. $32 a night parking was waived for us thankfully. Staff seemed very off putting initially, one in particular. A younger Hispanic woman. Oddly, she seemed to come around after seeing my children? Go figure. Overall a nearly great experience.

Preview of a Hotel Stay Despite a friendly front desk, my stay was marred by the discovery of mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom vent, posing a potential health hazard. Attempts to contact the front desk through the hotel phone were unsuccessful, and while staff provided extra towels and blankets, the noise from running and door slamming persisted throughout the night. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming, with limited options. Though I requested a transfer, no similar rooms were available. The presence of mold, a serious health concern, significantly impacted my stay.
