We flew into Denver and specifically reserved a room through Expedia big enough for 6 people when I got there they told me that my room was no longer available as they do not honor third party reservations. I had just flown in and had a car full of family members so had to end up renting two rooms. They said Expedia was suppose to contact me to tell me that the room was no longer available. Neither the hotel nor Expedia contacted me but regardless, I think they should have honored my reservation which was made way ahead of time. I found hair on the walls of the shower and on the bed sheet and the carpet is outdated, one of the windows was broken and did not close in the room. However the room was spacious and it was very convenient to stores and dinning. The room did have a full mini kitchen which was nice if you need that but I wish our first initial experience checking in was less stressful. I'm just glad at the end of the day we ended up having a place to stay even if we had to pay two rooms because flying to find out you have no where to sleep is not a fun nor nice news to receive.

Sucked that the POOL/HOT TUB CLOSED FOR THE SEASON, as the whole reason why I booked this place is because the amenities were posted available! First night was perfect. Second night out AC went out and maintenance was not on site to assist, was too late to move rooms so we suffered in 80 degree unit. No clean towels available for restock. On the flip side the property is very nice and well kept, very safe as there is security during the night making their rounds. Our room was very spacious and CLEAN! The hotel offered breakfast and had the full spread it was super yummy!! The unit also had a small kitchenette which was nice to make small and easy meals. The unit also offered dove amenities which we loved!!

Nice stay for a reasonable budget. We often use luxury brands so the comparison is difficult for me but it was clean, quiet, and friendly staff. The shower had great water pressure and the room had everything I needed!
