Not a great experience. The elevator only worked to go up. Youā€™d have to take the stairs down. Which wouldnā€™t be so bad if there werenā€™t this unidentifiable foul odor in the stairwell. The room I was given was so bare - no pictures on the wall. A whopping 2 pillows that were mismstched, a small blanket for cover. The rail at the bottom of the bed was visible! Although there wasnā€™t anything visibly unclean, the room just FELT dirty. And having to walk down to the stairwell at the far end of the hall felt really unsafe with some of the people who were coming and going from their rooms. The only good thing about this place was the manager at the front desk who let me modify my booking so that I wouldnā€™t have to remain there the entire time I originally booked for. The pictures on this listing are either fake or extremely old. Donā€™t be fooled - if you want a nice place to stay and you donā€™t have any ā€œhabitsā€, donā€™t book here.

Okay, but......
The place looked pretty good. Okay area/neighborhood. Plenty of places to eat close by. Grocery store across the street. Don't take your shoes off or have slippers to wear. The floors looked clean, but, I'm thinking, they need to change their mop water more often. My socks and feet were pretty nasty after one night. Make sure to put any food in a tightly sealed container or the fridge. Killed three cockroaches during my stay.

When we went to check into this hotel, we were informed that the manager gave away our room and we were not provided with a reason why. We booked through Expedia, and they just disregarded our booking without letting us know. We had to scramble to find another hotel to stay at for a 10 day stay night of.

The property was alright some of the staff was nice and helpful, location is a little off putting as there were homeless looking into the windows on the bottom floor throughout the day.

2nd Floor Smelled like Rotted Meat. There Was Dog Crapand zdead Roaches Down the Hall Way. Had Told Staff and Was there for 5 Days and Nothing was Done. There Were Roaches in the Kitchen and No Cooking Utensils or Cook Wear to Use in the Kitchen. Its a Hotel for Long term Residents. . One of the Wosrt if Not The Worst Place I Have Stayed. .

Had multiple rooms around and above my room occupied by a group of college aged kids. They ran in and put of rooms all night yelling in halways, slamming doors and cranking music. Management did nothing. They offered the ability for me to check out 2 days early without fees. Great... Talked to some other residents who had an encounter with someone drugged out and it got scary. They checked out. Homeless camp right on property.

I stayed and paid a weekly rate of 600 for 14 weeks. I was accused of debt charge off. In other words I booked, prepaid for a room, checked into and then filed a request for a refund . Front Desk called me and told me that I had to leave. None of the above is true. I stayed there for 14 weeks. I am being handled as a criminal. The General Manager informed me that a Chargeback request was made by expedia. I was advisrd to talk with Expedia, which I did. Expediai nvestigated my inquiry has no such request
