I needed a place to stay in Denver unexpectedly. I feel so fortunate to have stumbled across this property simply by it having the lost cost. I had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be back, even if I have to pay more. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful ā€”morning and night. Room was very clean and quiet. Also, felt like a relatively safe area despite being so close to downtown.

Overall good for the price.
Hotel itself is fine. Clean and comfortable. Laundry room wasnā€™t great. There were loud crowds drinking in the parking lot every night. I assume they were hotel guests. I heard them all the way up on the 4th floor. Pretty annoying. Hopefully thatā€™s not a consistent thing. Plenty of options for food within walking distance. Surrounding area is OK, comparable to a lot of big cities.

Worked nights for a week in downtown. Clean and quiet. The kitchenette was perfect to help keep costs down and eat on my own schedule. Breakfast at the hotel was good for dinner and the staff are very friendly.

Came into town for a comedy festival and this place really felt like a home away from home! Loved that my room had a big fridge, a stovetop and other kitchen stuff, and I'll definitely utilize it better next time. Place is about a mile away from a lot of nightlife and restaurant options, and there's usually a lot of scooters in the area you can ride to and from super quick. My only complaints would be that there were some weird spots in the bathroom that could use some better cleaning or repairs, and that sometimes in the mornings people stomped down the hallways, but overall the place was really quiet. As a first time Denver visitor, I will certainly be back soon because I loved this place and this city!
