The room was very dirty and dusty. There was hair everywhere in the room. Even under the sheets of the bed. I would not ever recommend to anyone especially with kids. Not even properly breakfast. So disappointed!

I donā€™t recommend staying here at all, i come in and the microwave was broken, the toilet wasnā€™t flushing and the bath tub was flooded.. i tried to talk to the girl down stairs she gave me a nasty attitude, elevator was broken. online it said they had free breakfast and there was no breakfast at all because she said there wasnā€™t enough, check out time was 11 , online it said 12 and maintenance was banging on my door at like 10am .. it was a bad experience and if i could get a refund i would totally take it bc i didnā€™t sleep comfortably

Check in was TERRIBLE! A sign saying ā€œback in 10 minsā€ and we waited 17 mins until a woman finally responded to our calling out for someone. She never greeted us, just asked for a name and told us our room #. And the $$ didnā€™t match what was on my hotels.com receipt. šŸ˜£

The bathroom shower was dirty with used towels and the bath soap was still in the shower. The front desk person wasn't there when we arrived so we had to wait with other guests to be check in.

Stayed for 4 days, no one came to even take the trash out. They could not give us any toilet paper just the one role we had from the start. Never been to a hotel were we have to purchase your own toilet paper. Also the rooms had flies

We couldnā€™t get in to the hotel arriving 5minutes before 11. Their instructions said to call 0 but there is no phone to get in and calling mainline didnā€™t help as there is no one at the desk. Somehow we got in with the of another guest but still couldnā€™t find anyone to check in, there we discovered a sign with a phone number for after hours check in but that cellphone was next to their desk phone so again it was useless. 30 minutes in a front desk lady showed up and didnā€™t even say a word to us, just mentioned a room number and gave us 2 keys. No direction how to get there, not even an envelope with a written room number! No apologies whatsoever. Hotel overall was extremely dirty. Our floor smelled like there was a busted toilet pipe but luckily no smell in the room, but it doesnā€™t mean it was a ok room. Floor was dirty and probably hasnā€™t been cleaned in a few days with bunch of dust on the floor. Refrigerator, hair dryer had so much dirt on them that it was unsafe to touch. All towels had weird black spots on them we decided it will be unsafe to even take shower and use that towel. Luckily we only had to stay there only a few hours and it was first time I was so happy to have 6am flight so I can get out of there faster
