Staff was great checking in, but the room itself was pretty beat up and outdated it seemed. The hole tile there the building smelt weird and stains on the flooring along with the mattress caving in the middle. It wasnā€™t a bad stay but not a comfy stay either

Overall the hotel and my room was nice, just some of the workers were rude. Plus the internet wasn't a secure network so I used my personal hotspot the entire time to prevent my information from being publicly viewed and the elevator was broke. Plus the people that were above me were super noisy moving around furniture, talking loud etc.Then around 10 something at night(I'm almost sleep) some knocked on my door(I didn't answer). I'm hoping they got the wrong room number(thankfully they didn't come back).

I have an issue with being sent to second floor room and not having an elevator to bring my equipment up to the room. I am a 69 year old man with recent hip replacement and even if I were a health man, it would not have worked for me. I assume I was refunded, but I won't know for a few weeks when I can go through my accounts.

Didn't stay once on site!
I cancelled once I arrived on site. The elevator was not working. Reception was very nice; however, I was on an upper floor and taking the stairs was a real deal breaker.
