No pool!!

We didn't find out till we got there that the pool was closed. There was a padlock on the door and it looks like it hasn't been open in awhile. I wouldn't of stayed there knowing the pool was shut down.

Pool & hot tub out of service, was not informed of this at time of booking stay. Informed of closure at 10 pm when checking in. Too late to find another hotel. TV in room did not work. Breakfast in the morning was terrible. Based on very poor, disappointing stay experience, requested refund but hotel refused. I will not stay at this hotel again

Stayed her prior and it was great so booked again. Spa was not working! Loud guests slamming doors all day and night long. Huge gap under door had to use towels to cover so no one could get in. Found things of previous guests still in there. Not a good visit at all

Front desk was very rude didnt want to rent us the room, wasnt able to stay even tho I got charge for the room, they didnt let me check in and they didnt gave me a reason of why, hotel.com cutormer serivice was able to get in touch so I got charge for something I didnt get to use

The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in on a long time. We did stay during the ice storm and no one had de iced the parking lot yet which was unfortunate and the parking lot is very small with not really any parking around. The door had a large gap down the side and bottom of it to where we just put a blanket across the bottom to hide the light and sound. For the most part it was a decent stay. Close to many food places and shopping and easy to get around.

If you’re in a pinch and need to stay close to the airport on a budget, this place is fine. A little dirty, definitely outdated, uncomfortable beds and no frills.

The staff was inconsiderate to my boyfriend and I. It took the front desk worker a few minutes to come to help me check in after he had already seen me and acknowledged that I needed help. It was 11:30 at night and I had been driving for 7 hours so I was not in the mood to wait nor talk to anyone and he was pushing conversation like no other. The rooms are average, nice big beds, but there was a room blasting music about 3 doors down from mine from the time we got there until about 3 AM. 5/10 stay for me.

Disappointing Stay

The Hotel is very clean and the Staff were very friendly. Our problem was, they put us in a room by the back door. I honestly believe someone was dealing drugs from that backdoor. ALL NIGHT LONG THAT DOOR BANGED OPEN AND CLOSED EVERY 10 TO 15 MINUTES. We had a new kidney transplant patient with us and none of us got any sleep that night. It was absolutely horrible and when I told the gal at the front desk she was clueless. Of course Never offered to help make it right. We have stayed here several times before but never again. Time to find a better place.
