This appeared to be a very new hotel. Given that, I did notice that some of the finishing work was not done very well.. some of the trim was already coming lose from the walls, etc. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was nice and the associate running the breakfast did an exceptional job making sure everyone had what they needed, etc. The gal that checked me in did not mention that an additional $25,00 hold would be placed on my card for each room, so I was confused about the price and had to go back and ask about that, but again, I think this is a new hotel, so the staff are probably learning. The pool was very nice, it was large for a hotel pool and the hot tub was also larger than a usual pool hot tub which was nice. The beds are on wheels which is actually annoying because the floors are vinyl plank, so the beds move very easily. The window shades were electronic going up and down with a button which I felt was an unnecessary expense for the hotel to put those in. No one cares about having automatic shades. Overall, I would rate this hotel very good for the price. The staff was very nice, it was clean, the pool was nice and the price was good.

I enjoyed the amount of pillows with each bed. The large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash is appreciated, instead of the tiny bottles. The front desk employees were friendly. It was a very nice place to stay

I have stayed at many hotels over the years, this place ranks at the top of my list. Clean and a great location. Nice and friendly staff. The young lady who does the morning breakfast was so helpful to the guests. She made sure everyone was happy and had everything they needed. If every in that area again, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Stayed a weekend here. It was a super clean and comfortable place to rest after a long drive. I’m really picky about hotels and I have nothing negative to say about this place. I slept well in a comfortable bed with warm cozy bedding. The hotel is nice and new and the staff are doing a great job at keeping things running smoothly already.

Great place to stay for weekend
Our stay was excellent but breakfast items were not stocked, counters were not clean the second day, came back late from a marching band competition the parking lot was full as there was a concert going on behind the hotel. The Concert was fine, but it was an inconvenience for those paying for the hotel to find parking and almost impossible but people were leaving. When asking the Staff that was on that night we were told that the hotel was full and sold out as to why the parking lot was full. Concert was completed at 10:00pm and by 10:30 over half the parking lot was empty with plenty of parking. So why not just be honest about it when asked and maybe not allow the public to park in the parking lot where your patrons are parking. The room itself was neat and clean, the beds were comfortable. Overall the experience was decent and would definitely stay again.
