The girl at reception couldn’t understand us so it was a bit of a challenge to check in. The room was up a wobbly metal staircase which was difficult whilst carrying cases ect. The room itself was just ok. The door frame on the inside of the room was hanging off exposing nails, the wooden floor looked clean but was not which the socks I put in the bin can attest to. Would I stay again? No

There was needed some minor repairs meeded in the bathroom. Tub drain wouldn't close and cover around shower head. Also since we needed areas to potty dogs, the area around hotel needed mowing. Otherwise nice stay. Pleasant clerks.

You get what you pay for!
Overall, the room was fine. The bathroom walls were dirty, with dark smudges, possibly from people touching the walls. My biggest complaint was that there were no towels in the room. I had to go to the front desk after checking in to request towels. The towels i was provided were stained.

When i made reservations at the RED ROOF INN it was b/c i stayed there before - funny thing is this was not the Red Roof Inn I stayed at - THIS was Motel 6 which was right next door to the Red Roof Inn - the place was ok - our room was around the back and we didnt feel comfortable leaving our vehicle there. It was a shocker to pull up and it not be the Red Roof Inn as before. Personally i think this is somewhat shady to pull on customers.

Front desk women ignored us as we waited 10 minutes to check in, being the only guests in the lobby. Puddle of water from refrigeration going down under the bed in our room. She came in and used towels and left them saturating the water under the fridge. Lastly was told buiscuits and sausage gravy for breakfast. 6:30-8 am no biscuits or sausage

The mattress needs to be replaced. It was not comfortable and very old. The hallway, rugs carpet or all very dirty. Breakfast was nonexistent. It was a joke.

Staff very friendly, John the night auditor provided great customer service. This is one of my favorite places to stay, even though I get an employee discount for a major brand. This property is well maintained coming from someone who does building repair.
