Definitely, if able, stay at a different location. First we were met with a large hairball in the room. Staff was unable and unwilling to help with the AC that was out in the room in July. The room had a very unclean bathroom. When the front desk lady came to look at it she said well this isn’t a Marriott and there was no offer to clean it. I went to ask for a discount on our room next at the front desk and next to the desk it states the mission to make sure every customer is satisfied…. Yet they were unable to offer any discount they said. Again. I would encourage you to stay elsewhere.

Very friendly and helpful front desk employees. Sleeping room was much larger than I expected from a budget motel, and the bathroom was excellent with a large extended counter that fit all my toiletries with lots of room to spare. Bath towels were paper thin and need to be replaced.

The hotel is much further out of the way than I realized. The entire hotel smells like mildew and cigarette smoke. At check-in you’re told to fill out a housekeeping request 24 hours in advance as they only have housekeeping on-duty for 2 hours per day. That being said, the pool towels run out quickly and those of us that show up after 5:00 have no towels. The room was filthy. Greasy hand prints on the tv, mirror, and fridge. Orange slimy stuff in the fridge. Hair in the shower drain. Luckily the bedding seemed clean and the bed was comfy so we slept and left early morning. Breakfast was minimal but nothing to complain about. Highly recommend finding somewhere else with all the options in the area.

My mother tripped and fell on concrete due to the unlevel concrete and no lighting.. hurt her arm and possible fractured her ribs not happy … Tub was never cleaned prior to me coming into room… towels in pool area had flies in them .. hot tub was disgusting and dirty water

Unfortunately the room, in my opinion, was not inhabitable. The smell was unbearable and I had to insist on another or I would not be staying at this location. Fortunately, the lady checking me in understood my issue and accommodated me by finding me another room, even though none were available?? This could only mean someone else was going to be given this room. I’m so sorry for those guests. Although the replacement room smelled better and we were able to make it work, I have to mention that the rugs overall all appeared to need a good shampoo, if not replacement. The sub flooring under the shower seemed weak and creaked very loudly when in use, likely disrupting those in the room below. The eggs and sausage links in the warming pan were completely cold. On a positive note, the staff I interacted with were pleasant. :-)

Breakfast was some premade frozen garbage scrambled patties. I didn't even try them, but my dad did and threw them away after 1 bite. They also managed to screw up the bacon. Hot tub was out of order and there was a lot of noise in the room from the highway. Other than that everything was clean and comfy.

The place was filthy. The gal at the desk was very nice and showed me two rooms. The mattresses have stains on them, dirty walls and carpet. We could not stay there. We went to Prairie Meadows and had to pay $250 but we knew the rooms were clean. We would've slept in the car before staying in their rooms. Travelocity, may we get a refund?
