Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Myriam est une personne très agréable et très chaleureuse. Elle nous a très bien accueillis, et elle a pris le temps de nous indiquer les lieux à visiter, les plages et commerces à proximité. En plus, elle a eu la délicatesse de prévoir le petit déjeuner du lendemain. Nous avons pu goûter sa délicieuse confiture maison !! Myriam avait également prévu une corbeille de fruits pour notre arrivée. L'appartement est indépendant, très propre et correspond à la description de l'annonce. Myriam et sa famille sont très discrets. Je recommande vivement cette location. Merci Myriam pour votre gentillesse.

Appartement très agréable et bien situé.
Appartement très confortable dans un endroit bien situé pour découvrir le Nord de Basse Terre. On peut regretter l'absence de vue de cet appartement mais la fraîcheur de la terrasse qui donne directement sur le jardin a été très appréciée. Accueil très sympathique de notre propriétaire.

Appartement propre, agréable, climatisé, fonctionnel. Superbe vue terrasse sur jardin magnifique. En pleine campagne mais proche de plages magnifiques : plage d'argent, plages clunny est - ouest, petite anse, grande anse. Vous ne serez pas déçu. Idéal couple.

Logement très propre et fonctionnel, au calme, et idéalement situé : à quelques centaines de mètres de la superbe plage de la Perle, et à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Deshaies. LOCATION SUPER A TOUT POINT DE VUE
La location était parfaite : bien située, propre, endroit calme et agréable, propriétaires charmants Séjour idéal pour un couple : repos, plages de rêves, balades, visites. A conseiller : les petits restos à grande Anse (menus entre 8 à 12 euros, planteur compris) , la balade en mer et le musée du rhum (pour la collection de papillons) à Sainte Rose et la plage de la Perle L'appartement est très bien équipé : cuisine avec grand frigo, four et micro onde ; salle de bains avec douche multi jets et lave linge , chambre climatisée .... plus toutes les petites attentions à l'arrivée (boissons fraiches, fruits ....) et le sourire de la propriétaire à louer les yeux fermés encore un grand merci pour ce super séjour

idéale pour un couple ce bas de villa avec jardin et terrasse pour une première expérience en Guadeloupe c'est réussi cette habitation est très propre et bien entretenue par les propriétaire très charmant et accueillant . localisé proche de la très belle plage de la perle , non loin des rivières et cascades et à proximité des sites de visite dans une végétation abondante et diversifiée l'appartement est bien équipé la climatisation très appréciable un seul petit bémol est le manque de barbecue en extérieur pour des grillades le soir( même à gaz cela serait top) car la plancha électrique proposée est vétuste et n'est pas pratique à utiliser .
