Located 300 m from the beach of Fort Royal, the villa Mabouya has a beautiful sheltered terrace without vis-à-vis with a view of a beautiful garden of 900 m2 and its private swimming pool of 8m by 4m (protected by an alarm) . On the left is the part comprising a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the kitchen. If you are 4 or 6 people, there is a passageway on the right leading to 2 bedrooms, each with 2 80 cm beds or 1 160 cm bed and a bathroom. The area is 100 m2 with the covered terrace.
Equipment: Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, ceiling fan, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 toilets.Kitchen with 4 gas burners, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave-grill. Washing machine, tv TNT. Wifi internet connection by fiber. Enclosed land 900 m2.
